I found looking up postage rates on the internet took up a considerable amount of time and effort, particularly when I was offering various shipping services. And with the introduction of the new pricing in proportion services, I was finding it even more difficult to work out how much it will cost to send a parcel!
That's why I decided to make this simple piece of software to make the process of looking up postage costs easier.
Simply input the weight of your parcel in grams, click the button, and see instantly how much it will cost to post your parcel. It really is that simple. Did you realise that in some cases it is actually cheaper to post a parcel by Special Delivery than it is to send it first class?
This tool gives you all the options available, and calculates rates for all parcels from one gram right through to the limit of 30 Kilogram's. The software also includes international postage rates up to 2 kilos (5 Kilos for printed papers).
This software is a standalone software application, designed by myself, you do not need any office software like Excel or Access to run this .
The software is Windows Vista, WindowsXP and Windows 2000 compatible and automatically checks for future updates, which you are entitled to free of charge!

- Do I need any software installed already?
- No The software is standalone. The software requires that Microsoft.net framework is installed on your PC, but will do this for you if you have not downloaded it already.
- How big is the download ?
- The software download is less than 3 MB. If you need to download Microsoft.Net Framework, the download is an additional 28MB.
- The download is too large, I don't have broadband. Can I buy the software on disc?
- Yes the software is available on disc, please add an additional £1.00 to cover postage and packing costs.
- How do I receive Updates to the software?
- The software automatically checks the internet and will inform you when a new version is available to download.
- How much do updates to the software cost?
- All updates are provided free of charge.
